Windows XP Error Message: “0×00000050 PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA.”
You generally get this error during a Windows XP Installation. The main cause of this error message is that one or more of system’s RAM memory module is faulty.
Solution: As said before this error occurred due to the faulty RAM memory module. Remove a memory module and restart the installation process. If you are still getting the same error message then replace the memory module you just removed and restart the setup process again. You have to continue this process until you fix the specific memory module that is causing the error message.
Note: Windows XP needs atleast 128MB of RAM to run properly. It will be better if you can increase the memory to 256MB or 512MB.
